The Planning Board/Zoning Board of Appeals meets on the second Tuesday of every month at 6 PM at Town Hall (unless noted on the calendar page).
*Please note: Anyone who wishes to address the Board has to be placed on the agenda. Please contact the Planning/ZBA chairperson at jduanesolon@gmail.com by 12 noon the Wednesday before the meeting. Your request should include the matter you wish to discuss.
THE PLANNING BOARD/ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS
- Assists the Code Enforcement Officer with interpretation of the Zoning Law
- Creates and updates the Town’s Master Plan
- Reviews and drafts amendments to the Zoning Law
- Reviews applications for Special Permits and Site Plan Review
- Hears Appeals
- Considers requests for Interpretations
- Considers requests for Dimensional Variances
- Considers requests for Use Variances
